Problem with Optiplex 3010, display graphic card fan not working
Dear Sir/Madam,
We have SCADA installed on Dell computer model : Optiplex 3010, This system is supplied by Novasep company from France during the year 2013/14.
Currently we are facing problem that after main Power On it's display ( First direct display + Second display through Graphic video card) is giving message problem with the graphic card and system halted. We check and found that graphic display board cooling fan is not working.
Kindly provide your support to resolve this problem. Also share your contact detail in India.
Your timely action in this regard is highly appreciable.

Below is information for resolving the error.
Attention: Unsupported configuration Detected.
Action is required.
This computer has both a display port monitor attached and a card installed in PCI-Express slot1. This configuration is not supported. Please remove the PCI-express card or disconnect the display port monitor.
System Halted!
