Problems connecting to online games [World of Warcraft]

I've gone through all of the trouble shooting topics for World of Warcraft and tried EVERYTHING. I even tried disabling the wireless internet and connecting via LAN and the game will not connect. I've tried to connect with firewalls on and configured, or off altogether. Has anyone else had this issue with games needing to connect to the internet?
