Replacement for Intel Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN
The wireless card in my Inspiron 1420 laptop is the Intel Wireless WiFi Link 4965AGN. It is not supported by Intel for Windows 10. It works intermittently with Windows 10, but there normally are startup issues with it.
Can anyone recommend a replacement card, preferably Intel, that I can swap in that is supported in Windows 10?

As far as I can tell, the 4965AGN is a standard min PCI-e card.

Go to the Device Manager and open up the Properties for the wireless board. In the Advanced tab, defeat the "n" function, and it should now work OK.
