TB16 Docking Station Ethernet port is not working on Precision 5520 either Thunderbolt 3
Hello,
I am having issues connecting to Ethernet port on TB16 Docking Station, it gave me an error message of cable unplugged (I used different cables). I am running Windows 10 1709, I have tested this docking with other Precision 5520 and it worked fine.
I am also trying to use a Mac monitor with a USB-C to Thunderbolt adapter and it is not working when connected to the TB16. I tested connected directly to the laptop with the same adapter and it worked.
Drivers updated
Firmware updated
Dell Troubleshooting tools applied
Microsoft Troubleshooting tools applied
Could you please help me?
