USB 3.0 - why does DELL Support Center System Info show USB 2.0?
I should have USB 3.0 ports but DELL SYSTEM SUPPORT CENTER shows:

To understand the issue better, would request you to send a screenshot of Dell Support Center showing USB 2.0 instead of USB 3.0.
