WIDCOMM bluetooth stacker version 6.x (Vista 32-bit)

I desire a bluetooth connection to my Dell 1737 lap top using my Nokia N97 Smart Phone.  The 1737 provides a MICROSOFT BLUETOOTH driver.  The phone manufacture recommended a web site to obtain a WIDCOMM BLUETOOTH stack driver 6.x, but the installation "fails" to install.   Does anyone have information that will help me resolve this issue?  My desk top bluetooth connection was sucessful using the WIDCOMM BLUETOOTH option for connection and  "discovery" of the Nokia Smart Phone.
