WWAN card on XPS m1530

Hello, I installed a wwan broadband mini-card 5520 (Novatel wireless) on my xps m1530 and insert my dual sim phone card for SFR 3G in the computer slot.

I tried unsucessfully network connection after Dell driver  installation.

It seems that the broadband utility did not detect the  wwan card.

Could you help me about driver and utility requested for this installation?.

Is it a problem with Novatel mini-card firmware ?

I tested with my dual sim phone card inserted on a dell latitude E4300 ( with wwan broadband mini-card 5530) and the result was successfull.
