Hi f_hussain,

It appears that the browser is not working properly. Which browser do you use to connect to the Internet? Which operating system is installed on your system?Try using any other browser and see if it makes a difference. If you are using Internet explorer, try resetting Internet Explorer:

  • Close all the Internet Windows.
  • Open a new Internet window.
  • Go to ‘Tools’< ‘Internet Options’<’Advanced’<’Reset’.
  • Check the box to ‘Delete personal Data’ which will remove browsing history, search providers, Accelerators, home pages, Tracking Protection, and ActiveX Filtering data and press ‘Ok’.
  • When Internet Explorer finishes applying default settings, click ‘Close’, and then click ‘Close’ again.
  • Close and then start a new window of Internet Explorer.

In case the issue still persists, check the wireless functionality in 'Safe mode with Networking':

  • Restart the system and keep tapping 'F8' as soon as the Dell logo appears.
  • Highlight 'Safe Mode with Networking' using arrow keys and press enter.

Keep me posted. Please reply for any further questions.
