bluetooth

hello,

i am using dell latitude laptop E5500. It is given there that bluetooth device in inbuilt. And i have installed all the bluetooth drivers but still it doesnot work. Even the light for the bluetooth button doesnot blink.What could be the problem. Can anybody help me please?
