diagnostic policy service is not running error5

Dear Sir,

I baught dell inspiron very recently, suddenly network services are not showing and  diagnostic policy service is not running, error 5 access denied is showing.

i cant access wireless or lan internet services at all.

i tried sfc/ scannow, it is showing every thing is fine but problem is still remains.

i tried in uninstall all network related adaptors and restarted then also still problem is running,

in safe network mode also it was not working

please helm me in this

Ramu,

 

Can you try running the Finding System Information Tool (preferred)Or hit the Windows Key and the R keys at the same time. Type

systeminfo.txt REMOVE THE PRODUCT ID and post the rest of the information back here.

or an ipconfig /all log and maybe it will reveal something.

Start, control panel, network and sharing center.

 

Click on your network, then click on properties.

 

Look for TCP/IPv4 and TCP/IPv6 and click on them and click on properties for each. Have you settings match mine...

 

 

 

If my memory serves me correctly, try...

Start, control panel, device manager, Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 1030, advanced. Try disabling the wireless N for the adapter.

i think i cant even get support from Microsoft support centre. it says that my windows 7 should get support from dell company only.

it is very bad that new system is giving trouble. and not able to access any network in my university.

iam feeling very bad about this , please take care on this issue .

i hope  the next solution will work for me.

the DPS service is in autimatic mode and when i tried to start service, there is a error message saying thst windows could not start DPS on local computer, error code 5 access denayed.

If my memory serves me correctly, try...

Start, control panel, device manager, Intel(R) Centrino(R) Wireless-N 1030, advanced. Try disabling the wireless N for the adapter.

  it is showing lan internet symbol with red cross maark. still the same problem running diagnostics policy service is not running
i would like to know i posted my ipconfig data on dell site, will it be any problem to my privacy?
please tell me otherwise please delete the data.
