internet not working on my laptop.
i have an inspiron 1521 and the internet is not working. i have wireless and it works on my other laptops. the spyware might have been the cause but im unsure what to do. When I click on internet explorer, a message comes up that says," internet explorer has stopped working". It gives me two options, 1) check online for a solution and close the program 2) close the program. Any suggestions?

If you have a 'Drivers & Utilities' CD, you can install the necessary drivers off it?
If you don't have the disc, you'll have to go to a friends house, and download the drivers from the Inspiron 1521 'Drivers and Downloads' page.
