issues with my m14 internet connection when gaming

i have the m14 with the i7 inside it has the Killer Wireless-N 1202 (2.4GHz and 5GHz) network adapter im having the issue with most m14's that drop connection briefly during games then quickly comes back online this thing is expensive and under warranty pleasssee lemme know what i gotta do fix this im dyingg! =(

Hi Myles.invested,

I would suggest you to uninstall and reinstall the Wireless card driver on the system. Please download the driver from the link below onto the Desktop screen.

http://www.qca.qualcomm.com/drivers/KillerSuite_1.1.38.1281_Win7_Win8_Win81.exe

Please follow the steps mentioned below to uninstall the wireless card.

1. Click on Start button.
2. In the search box type, devmgmt.msc and then press enter.
3. Select the wireless card and Bluetooth device under Network Adapter and right click on it
4. Now select properties.
5. In the properties window, under Driver tab, click on Uninstall button.
6. Check “Delete the driver software for this device.”
7. You want to delete the driver click OK.

After the uninstall finishes restart the system and install the drivers by using the file downloaded on the desktop screen.
