no bluetooth in win 10 - vostro 3300

After installing win 10 bluetooth isn't even visible in devices manager. Can't find any drivers for win 10, updates, drives etc. No way to switch it on. BT is enabled in BIOS and led is blinking  until win fully loads. Please help...

Dell did not test your PC for Windows 10. Hence no drivers. http://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/SLN297954/EN#Vostro-DT

I've realized that and think it's unserious. Installing OS should not required research, pc runs with win10 pretty well, much better than 7. Is there nothing I can try to use instead of dedicated drivers?

Press [Fn] and [F2] it should disable WiFi and BT. Press it again and they should be re-enabled. Once it shows in the Device Manager try to install the following:

Unfortunately in 3300 Fn+F2 is for battery, not wifi/bt. The issue is BT is never shown in Device Mng.

Hey @drexiu @Philip_Yip @ieee488 ,

After a long battle with the Bluetooth driver, I finally managed to install it. Here are the steps I followed:

STEP 1: Enter BIOS and activate the Bluetooth module (it was disabled in my case). To enter BIOS, you need to press F2 after restarting the laptop.

STEP 2: Go on Dell Support page, enter your Service Tag and download the Bluetooth Driver option for Windows 7. For me it was the following one:

https://dl.dell.com/network/DELL_WIRELESS-365-BLUETOOTH-_A00_R253452.exe

STEP 3: After you successful downloaded it, run it. Once done, navigate to C:\Dell\drivers\R253452\Win64 and run BtwMM.exe and Inst.exe

STEP 4: Restart your PC and enjoy.
