M.abdalghany,

Did you click on the items as listed in the thread?

Does your system meet the Intel® My WiFi Technology requirements?

Can you run an ipconfig /all log and post it back here.

M.abdalghany,

The Dell Wireless 1701 802.11b/g/n is not an Intel adapter. Your system does not have Intel® My WiFi Technology

It's Windows 7, and the rest of the requirements.

M.abdalghany,

I was looking at Section Sec1:88(page 88) of the MANUAL and  it states...

WLAN, WWAN (optional), WiMax/Wi-Fi abgn/agn, and Bluetooth wireless technology (optional)/WiDi (optional)

If you state it did have this, then try Restoring Your Computer´s Software to the Factory Settings

I'm almost certain to have Intel® My WiFi Technology you have to meet the requirements and have an Intel Wireless adapter.
