wireless network with Windows 2000

I have a B130 Inspirion Laptop with a wireless card. My Dell Desktop is connected via ethernet to my wireless modem. I can access the internet with both machines. I want to be able to share files, and share the dedicated printer on the desktop. Would appreciate any and all help.
