2824 - Fatal Error Core PP HW phase 1 init failed

I have received this error from the switch via console. I am unable to find solution around Dr.google and hoping Dell support could help solve this. The error code is as below:

Solutions taken:

Upgrade firmware to 1.0.0.45 - Not working

Downgrade firmware to 1.0.0.33 - Not working

Clear Config file and enter unmanaged mode - Not working
