Can not reset or enable the Managed Mode on PowerConnect 2724

Question

Hi

I have a problem in getting in to Managed Mode for this switch

I press the Managed Mode but nothing happend , no green led no IP access and nothing, I try pressing it for long time but nothing happend at all

I try to reset it as I read by pressing the Managed Mode on/off twise but also nothing happend

I need to access the Managed mode,

Sorry forget to mention , how can I update the firmware, without being able to access the web :(

Thanks for reply THe Switch is working fine, but can not be managed Other led are working Power - Ethernet Leds I try to access the IP but can not
