Here's the funny thing this is the switch it worked correctly on, its almost as if the switch is not syncing with the NTP server, is there a way to sync them?

console#show clock

What is the output from show sntp server
Are you able to configure an sntp server to pull time from?
There is not a manual clock setting, You could try using the offset to correct it page 1843 downloads.dell.com/.../networking-n3000-series_Administrator%20Guide_en-us.pdf
Output is below, keep in mind that the time is CST 4:15pm on Dec. 16 2015
SWDC04#show clock
09:32:42 CST(UTC+0:00) Dec 13 2015
Time source is SNTP (not synchronized)
SWDC04#show sntp server
Server Host Address:
Server Type: unknown
Server Stratum: 0
Server Reference Id:
Server Mode: Reserved
Last Attempt Time: Dec 13 03:56:45 2015
Total Unicast Requests: 1
SWDC04#
I tried the offset, but my switch is off by like 5 days the offset doesn't go that far out, any other suggestions?

That one shows an ip address of an NTP server. 10.50.105.15
sntp server 10.50.105.15
that should be all you need to do.
Yes, but I don't understand why the other switch doesn't show it, if its configured the same, is there a way to sync the sntp server with the switch?
