Firmware Update Problem on 3448 using CLI

Hi,

I'm having a problem updating the firmware SW version from 1.0.0.112 to 1.0.0.113 on a powerconnect 3448 using the cli and tftp. Basically I'm able to pull the current sw image up from the device to a tftp server however if I try to download the new firmware to the device using the following command it just doesn't work and comes back with a tftp server unavailable error message.

copy tftp://172.16.49.102/powerconnect_34XX-10113.ros image

I have read and re-read the instructions on how to upgrade the firmware on these switches. I even tried the openmanage way and it always fails downloading to the device.

Configs upload and download fine to the device..just seems to be when I try to update the firmware it fails to download to the device.

Does anyone have any ideas/suggestions that I can try now as I have approx 250+ of these switches.

Thanks,
Shawn

Just wanted to get back in case anyone else has the same problem.

Contacted Dell support and it looks like you must use Solar winds tftp server in order for the firmware download to work. I was using Kiwi and for whatever reason it just didn't work. Switched to Solar and everything works great now.
