N3048 Stack Failover

Question

Hi all, I am having an issue with failover in my Dell N3048 stack. This is what is currently happening: 2 In a stack Management Role sits with unit 2, unplug the power from unit 2, whilst starting an open ping to the gateway and an external ip.  Don't lose packets in either ping Plug the switch back in, remains unassigned for a while then eventually comes back as a stack member.  At this point pings to the gateway and external IP completely drop.  Internal routing is still working as i can ping SVI's and SSH onto the switch OSPF seems to have stopped for some reason and doesn't remain active, show ip ospf 'OSPF is not initialized. Please check if routing is enabled.' The only way to get it back is to no ip routing / ip routing or reboot the switches. Any idea why this is, I was hoping for a much more seamless fail-over and fail back. This is definitely not ideal! Happy to provide any details that are required. Cheers
