N3048P Switch Discards
All my new 3048P switches are showing Received and transmit Discards
Why am I getting these and how do I stop them?

One other thing...on the 3048 ...the only discards are on the port connected to the 4032 switch

In one location I am using 2 N4032F with 6.3.1.8 and all the rest are N3048P using 6.2.6.6
All of the 3048s are connected to various devices (computers, Phones, Wireless APs, PA speaker/clocks and IP cameras)
the layout is... Sw-2 main floor is the uplink to our central location as well as LAG on 2 ports to the SW-3 2nd floor.
SW-2 has 7 3048s and one copper alarm connected to it
SW-3 has 7 3048s connected and No copper
SW-2 has Received Discards on all ports SW-3 has 0
Here are the errors the log file shows
Stats clear bcmCosqStatDroppedPackets anomaly -4 for [ifName not found(32)]
Stats clear bcmCosqStatDroppedBytes anomaly -4 for [ifName not found(32)]
These errors repeat for every up port
also when I web in I get these errors
