Simply changing the 10.10.10.2 to another IP address (like 10.10.10.25) should resolve the problem. It appears either the exact model (another N3024) on the network already has 10.10.10.2, or it is possible that the N3024 you have has 2 MAC addresses for two different ports and you have both of them on the same network and both set to the same address. You may also want to ping 10.10.10.25 (or whatever address you choose to use) before changing it on this switch to make sure it is available. Also check the DHCP server on your network if it exists to make sure there are no conflicting IP addresses there that you are trying to use.
I tried changing the IP to 10.10.10.4 (after a ping confirmed no response). But still got the error, exact same one. I find it interesting that it says the conflicting MAC is the 192.168.128.10 port (MAC ending in C2.E5) Here is what I did.

Make sure the OOB is plugged into a management network that is isolated from the in-band network. They should not be going into the same network.
