Notebooks are in same vlan with id 3333

Notebooks are with static IP and in same subnet

Notebooks cannot ping each other. Notebook ports on switch are active.

lets clarify: I should remove mac association before add static binding interfaces to vlans?

thank you for advice! I can do it at monday only(( now switch is far away from me)) After test I`l describe the situation
