Powerconnect 2748 changing from unmanaged to managed
I am unable to login to the switch after changing the mode. I held down the mode button for 30 sec after powering the switch back on.
Any help appreciated............. Thank you

Power the switch on, let it finish booting (3 minutes.)
If the managed mode light is off, press (do not hold) the managed mode button, wait 30 seconds, and try to access the Web interface at 192.168.2.1. Your PC must have an IP of 192.168.2.x. The default login is admin and no password. The config restore page should come up, press apply changes and do nothing else. The switch will reboot, give it another 3 minutes and you should be able to access the regular Web interface.
If the manage mode light is on after initial bootup, set your PC to 192.168.2.x and access it at 192.168.2.1.
