Problem with the switch X1026 and CCTV system

Hi,

We have installed an X1026 switch without any special configuration with almost minimum changes
 as it comes from the factory for a CCTV system and it has been giving constant problems such as:
-Video with black image the camera responds ping but does not give an image
-Switch ports shut down completely does not give or POE or link
-With the restart the switch in previous times recovered, now I must give a factory reset to be restored

I have tried to discriminate that the cameras with several tests and indeed the problem is not the 
cameras is the switch, among the tests I can mention.
-Electric feed POE with external injector, this to rule out that it is a problem of electrical power.
-Additionally I make a direct connection to my computer to a camera on the side of the switch I can 
see it without problem but I connect it to the switch and the image is lost.

I must add that there was a lapse in which all the cameras were working correctly and without 
making any changes the problem described they help me to know if anyone has experienced a 
similar problem and how I solve it.

Hi,

Is the switch firmware up to date? Are there any errors being recorded in the logs?

The switch was with the firmware 3.0.0.64 and the firmware was updated to 3.0.0.94 after the update I connect the computer in ports one to eight and none turn on or link, from nine onwards if they turn on that may be what this causing this error as I commented the configuration is almost factory only thing that had changed was parameters of POE, as I had to reset this factory and the logs do not give error
