Where is the Network Monitor software?
Hi,
I just bought a 3324 and my invoice says I can download the free Network Monitor from http://www.dell.com/networkmonitor but I get a Dell error page such as a 404. Where do I get this free software to manage my switch?
Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. I have one 3324, adding a managed switch to my colo cabinet. How do I access the GUI to manage this?
Secondly, when purchasing this, I asked if I would be able to measure bandwidth by IP address for my hosting clients. How will I go about this?
Thank you!

The software it refers to is the OpenManage Network Manager. It is a one-to-many management application designed for networks with 10 or more PowerConnect switches deployed.
You can find the Network Manager software and documentation at the following link:

To manage the switch via the Web UI, you must configure an IP address and a user with level 15 access. See the following link to the Initial Configuration section of the online User's Guide.

Greg,
What software do I need to install on my Windows XP (here) or my server to have a GUI management for the managed switch? Or is it built into the device?

The Web UI utilizes the built-in web server in the switch. This management interface can be accessed via most standard web browsers with Java capabilities (i.e. Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, etc.).
To access the Web UI, the switch must have an IP address and user account with level 15 access.
