vlan routing question

Question

I am trying to set up a simple network with two vlans.  My internet router/gateway is 192.168.155.254, on vlan 20.  The router has a static 192.168.150.0 255.255.255.0 192.168.155.1.  vlan 20 interface = 192.168.155.1   vlan 10 interface = 192.168.150.1 laptop connected to vlan 20 can:  ping vlan interfaces, ping router at 155.254, browse the Internet.  It cannot ping a pc on the vlan 10 subnet laptop connected to vlan 10 can:  ping vlan interfaces, ping router at 155.254, and it can ping a pc on vlan 20 subnet.  It cannot browse the internet the router at 155.254 can ping a device on the 192.168.155.0 network, but it can't ping or traceroute a device on the 192.168.150.0 network.
