Ghostcast dell mini 2100

I am running Chostcast 11 and have tried to make a boot cd using the NIC driver for the mini. This is the first time I have had to do this and I am banging my head against the wall. Does anyone have a boot CD made for the dell latitude 2100. If so please email me
