How to log a complaint
I dont understand how to log a complaint online. I am unable to talk to customer support as I am busy during that period.
What email id can I mail for my complaint?
I searched the support site, but couldn't find anyway to log a complaint

I am in India.
I have to choose location as India.
I need to register the complaint & cannot talk to the Dell support since it is office hours for me also.
I tried to send Email, but it seems I cannot send Email since I am probably a less priviledged user. (Home User)
Note : I have taken 3 yrs complete coverage.
There is no place where I could fill a kind of form online.
