I want to buy and I am Bulgaria,but I don't want to buy from bulgarian dealer,because the price is about $960 and here I can buy it for about $400

can i buy a desktop in the usa and let dell ship it to chile (south america)? and before you ask why and tell me that theres a dell in chile, ill tell you why. a desktop inspiron cost $800 dollars in dell.com thats 415000 pesos, in chile it costs 700000 pesos, that nearly 300000 pesos more expensive. so does dell.com ship internationally?

Computers purchased in the USA can not be exported to other countries.  The customer agrees to this, accepting the terms of purchase at checkout.
