NEED HELP.......
I have a Dell Inspiron 530 Windows Vista Home Basic .....I can't get it to go back to factory settings. It keeps telling me no storage ...... I don't know much about computers and i really need help.

Why don't you try following that procedure and let me know exactly what is happening?

How are you trying to restore? Using the Dell Recovery Partition (F8 at bootup)? or using the Dell provided discs.
HERE is the Dell procedures on doing a reinstall. Look them over and see if you are doing it correctly.
More info on exactly how you are trying to do it would help us to try and assist you. Also, what kind of problems are you having that you need to reinstall?
