Direct Messaging at top right is missing?

* For any browser, first clear all cookies and cache, then close all browser windows
* Open a new browser window. I am using the Google Chrome browser

* Be sure that you are logged into the Forum and can see your avatar on top right. Left of the bell you should see the Direct Messaging icon
