Does anyone know how to contact, or better yet make the REC people honor their promises?  They have promised at least three times to call me and yet they have not.  I have an email telling me the right resolution to the problems we have been having, i.e., they are going to send me a new laptop to replace the defective one and yet nothing.  So far all I have received is being ignored, except when I get lied to.  The time I have spent on the phone with various Dell people is equivalent to about three new laptops. I don't know what it costing Dell to continue to ignore me.  Apparently even the Dell support people cannot talk to the REC. Too much longer and I will have no recourse but to go to court, BBB, TV stations, etc.  What does it take to get the lemon I got replaced after the decision to do so by Dell was already made?

Enough rant (it didn't even feel good to do it).  Help, help, help.

I've done that, got nothing. I really don't know what else to do, they refuse to be honest, or decent in any way.

I have had so many frustrations with my Dell product and customer service. Not even the senior support resolver could help me resolve my issue. Someone have Dell corporate office in Austin, TX phone number?

Please tell me you can help.

I have had so many problems with my order. I have had so many issues with your customer service department. dept.  I have ordered an Alienware laptop via the Dell website. I spoke to several people before placing the order letting them know that I needed the ordered shipped before the 3rd of November and they even assured me that it would be. I even have an email stating that it would be delivered on the 3rd. When the order went to verification department, I spoke with Sharon, who released the order and assured that it would be delivered by the 3rd. But she changed the order number and now its telling me that it will not be delivered until the 9th. This laptop is for my husband and he is flying out of the country on the 4th of November. I have spent over $2000.00 on this lap and asked for next day delivery. Now the delivery is showing to be the 9th of November. I am getting the run around from the customer service department. I have spoken to about 10 different people and they keep telling me that they cannot help me. One rep sent an email to productions team and stated that they will get back to me and I have not received anything. I have spoken to several supervisor and they were unable to help either.  It is crucial that we receive this laptop before the 3rd because it is no good to us after that. 

I am currently out of the country and I am having to call Dell several times a day for hours trying to resolve this issue with no one willing to help. I would really appreciate your help in resolving this matter asap. My order number is <ADMIN NOTE : Order no. removed per Privacy policy>.
