Why does my edit profile result in an error message?

Dear Dell,

Despite my numerous notes to your incompetant staff, i have not been able to successfully edit my profile. Each time i try to i get an error message, despite clearing my cookies, browsing hostory etc, nothing seems to work. It has now been several days since i started this process.

Now either you edit my profile for me or ensure your silly website works! If i do not receive a satisfactory response from you, i will begin to post indecent posts, with language most will not approve, as this may get your attention do something about my issue!
