Wow Dell Community doesn't even work!
Absolutely pathetic Dell's own community support forums don't even work... jQuery not defined, so a whole bunch of clicking things is broken.

Not sure what you mean. You have replied to other user threads 5 times since posting here. So the Dell Community Forum software is working. You can log in, create a thread, post a reply, kudo, edit, etc. Exactly what is your image telling us? I see four red lines. But what Forum user functionality is actually broken?

It seems to be on Windows + Chrome. Without jQuery lots doesn't work like Kudos and Me Too buttons. On Mac + Chrome it works fine.
You can post because JS isn't involved. It's still broken today. Cleared cache blah blah, it's on Dell's end.

I am having issues logging in my main account on this forum. I created this new account I am using now. I posted about the issue. I got a reply telling me to use another network.
Well DOH! if it was my network I could not log in on this account. I guess by "network" they mean try another ISP. Like everyone has 2 or 3 ISP's. But I could try on my phone with wi-fi turned off I guess. But I do not believe that is the issue.
I was able to log in using my phone with wi-fi turned off using service from my cell provider.

This Forum more problems than a squirrel on an 8 lane highway.
