color

can anybody tell me how to get more contrast on my screen its so white im squinting. please note im not that good with computers so in english would be appreciated

In general, right-clicking on an empty spot on the Windows desktop will bring up menu with Graphics Properties as one of the choices. It does in for me in XP; I don't know what you have.

What model system is it, and what OS are you using?

 

If it's a desktop system, the screen will have specific buttons/controls for contrast/brightness?

But assuming it's a laptop screen, either follow the advice above, or open Control Panel/Display.
