(redirected) Dell Verification?

So I look on The my account page to see that my order got cancelled. I then get contacted by the dell verification department to confirm I have placed an order. I have confirmed I was the one that has placed the order but it's been about 12hr and my order still says cancelled. Anybody have any idea when this will update/if there is a problem. Let me know thanks
