RAM and Webcam problems

I have recently bought an XPS studio notebook. I think that normally the memory technology of my RAM sticks should be displayed in the BIOS, isn't it? But its not the case and I cannot find any way to verify memory technology of the sticks installed. The BIOS is a Dell Bios version A05 and SMBIOS version 2.5. My operating system is Windows Vista Home Premium edition. Where can I get memory technology  displayed on the computer?

Furthermore what should I do to  verify the resolution of my inetgrated webcam? I mean where on the computer will I get that information displayed?

Looking forward to getting an answer very soon, thank you in advance.

Many free programs (like CPU-Z) will give you information about the ram that is installed.  I know of no way to verify the pixel resolution of your webcam.
