5060 Tower, part number for serial cable adapter
Hi, I have acquired a brand new Dell Optiplex 5060 tower and I need to use the serial port that currently is not installed in my PC. I've seen from the manual, I've attached the page below, that there it's already installed the serial port hardaware, I can see it from os hardware window, and i need only the cable to connect the motherboard to the back of the case. Does anyone know the Dell part number for this cable adapter? Number 7, ps2 serial port

This part no longer appears on the Dell site for purchase. I was also looking at 492-BBZX which also no longer appears on the site either. I found a Rakuten link, but it is out of stock as well.
