AMD graphics or Intel graphics card for Dell Optiplex 3010
Hello Everyone :
I've just purchased a Dell Optiplex 3010 for a really cheap price on eBay.
I don't know the exact model of it ( Sff or mini-tower )
(Dell Optiplex 3010 i5-2400 CPU 3,10GHz (4 x 3,1 GHz Prozessor)
I want to use this Machine only for Linux. ( I have one Acer Predator Helios 300, And it's really bad on Linux because it has Nvidia Optimus with intel inside, Fan spinning like a Maniac on Nvidia mode only )
I will upgrade the Ram and Hard drive with SSD.
My question is: Is the Intel HD graphics enough for Heavy Linux using?
or Should I get an AMD graphics card? If so Which AMD graphics are best for this PC?
Thanks for your help.

What size is your 3010? Components vary. Please see image.

I'm not familiar with Linux enough to tell you if heavy use requires a GPU card.
What I can tell you is you have minimum requirements for Linux exceeded.
If you're more comfortable with a GPU, a 30w GT 1030 looks like a good fit. Be sure to get LP (low profile) version with short bracket. Following screengrab is from PC Builds:
