Your PC requires 1.2 V memory. The Corsair is 1.2V so it "might" work. I say "might" as Dell's have a history of compatibility issues with non Dell branded memory. Some will work OK in one and not in another.
If you want to try the Corsair, buy it where they have a liberal return policy if it doesn't work.
Crucial memory is guaranteed to work in a Dell.
