Dell Optiplex 7080, NVM ssd not booting
Hi, I need help with my Dell Optiplex 7080 SFF NVM SSD." STOP_CODE: INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE ".
My PC crashes after i plugged my phone, as i was restarting my PC, it directed to that blue screen, i try to do Repairing but fail to repair.
I try do diagnostic and everything looks good, no problem with my PC, but then i try rebooting again still blue screen.
I try reseting my PC, but Says," Theres a problem reseting your PC.
Please can anyone help me...

More than likely somewhere along the line the Windows files are corrupt (such as the BCD). This page at Tom's Hardware or this MS page may help. Worst case scenario you may have to clean install using the media creation tool you can download at the MS page here. If diagnostics passed the NVMe SSD then it may be as stated, corrupt Windows files.

Inaccessible boot device could be caused by lacking of proper storage controller driver. There is a BIOS settings you may want to check and correct it if necessary.
Boot your machine up and as soon as the system is powered on, tap F2 continuously 'til you get to BIOS menu. Check SATA operation mode, if it's on RAID, change it to AHCI. Save and exit.
Sometimes, it may require to select shutdown to get out of Windows repair loop.
