Dell Optiplex 9020 do not start with hard drive led blinking
I have a problem with Dell optiplex9020
the issue is, it doesn't start, Black Screen, with Hard Drive LED Indicator is blinking.
No Beep, No Amber Light on power button, no blinking light on power button.
Sometimes my pc can Start, it look like start normally. But, when I shutdown / restart the PC, the problem happened again.
what i have done replace RAM replace CPU replace HDD/SSD

the problem pattern sounds like a failing psu that works occasionally on a good day then almost dead on the next three days.
But start with something simpler: replace cmos battery with a brand new cr2032. Clear cmos settings by motherboard jumper reset. If no change, replace psu w a tested working one, use a good tester 24/4 pin psu and 24 to 8 pin adapter for 9020 motherboard. For this POST test, remove all usb devices and hdd/ssd from pc.
