Dell Optiplex AIO 7440 display (display blank on first boot)

I have an Optiplex AIO 7440. Lately, I am encountering a problem with the display when I start the system first time in the morning. The system boots normally with the indicator light turning solid white but the display is absolutely black. Not even the Dell boot logo.

When I restart the system second or third time after turning off the system by pressing power button for 10-15 sec, it boots normally. Then this problem is not there all day. I checked by restarting the system multiple times during the day, it works smoothly. But next day in morning the same problem returns.

I did the full re installation of OS and drivers recently and there are not other issues. I also performed the hardware diagnostic with normal results.

What could be the possible reason for this issue?
