Graphics card for my Dell Optiplex 3020
I need to know what upgrade graphics card I can use with my Dell Optiplex3020 to run the Topaz Ai photo ap for increasing resolution, sharpening, etc. Topaz tell me that my present card will not run their software

You did not specify the form factor of your 3020. If an MT then the GTX 1650 should work as you probably have a 290W PSU. With the SFF that might be tighter as the PSU is around 240W.
