How many graphics cards could use in the following
Hello,
I currently have the following desktops at my disposal. Dell OptiPlex 7070 SFF, and a Dell OptiPlex 7070 MT running Windows 10.
I need to know how many graphic cards I can put into these desktops. This is for work and I haven't built a PC in a long time so I am out of the loop when it comes to these things. I originally thought that only one graphic card per system but I read somewhere online that I was wrong. Any help would be great!
Thank you!

GT1030 is the only card. Neither of these systems support 75w cards or have full size power supplies.
They all use proprietary power connections.
