Initializing Intel(R) Boot Agent GE cl v0.1.10 PXE 2.1 B092 (WfM 2.0) cant get into bios
The system gets stuck the Initializing Intel(R) Boot Agent GE cl v0.1.10 PXE 2.1 Build 092 (WfM 2.0). Some post say it's the hard drive but I can't accesss the BIOS and I tried a new unformated drive. F2 and F12 say entering bios and boot list but they don't send me anywhere. I disconnect all connections. I removed the CDROM, and pull the memory chips (all but 1). I can't access the bios or get past the message. I tried to reset password and the rtc pin. nothing seems to work.
No Events found!

Yes, the replacement motherboard works fine.

Thanks for the info. That tells me if BIOS recovery is an option or not, and it's not on the 9020.
Not too many options if BIOS and/or the Boot & Diagnostics menu can't be accessed.
Try replacing the size 2032 CMOS battery. Bad batteries cause boot and other problems. You probably know already (just covering the bases), no waiting for Dell logo or keyboard light when trying to access BIOS/Boot Menu.

fyi - I replaced the motherboard which I found on ebay for $22
