One friend gave me an i5-3470.
Is this proccessor compatible with my machine?
Both have the same socket (1155)

You need the "S" version of a CPU which is only 65w and not 77w. The USFF is limited by its PSU and heat issues if a higher watt CPU is used.
For compatible CPU's, I'm linking Optiplex 7010 Tech Guide and including screengrab below. Images appear when approved by moderation.

The USFF Optiplex only support the s revision chips. The 3475s would be the closest chip to that.
Here's a full list of all the CPU's that will work in your system: https://www.dell.com/support/manuals/us/en/04/optiplex-7010/opti7010_usff/specifications?guid=guid-157e8495-34d3-4efa-ab61-1d9efba4c90e&lang=en-us
