OptiPlex 390 only mirroring displays?

I have a 390 and the internal(included) hdmi and vga outputs seem to only mirror each other, it cannot detect the second monitor, or thinks both monitors are one thing, don't know why...

Right click on the desktop and open Display Settings to make adjustments. You should mention your operating system when posting since you have a 9 yr old model.

Your integrated video might not support dual monitors. No converter cables can be used since vga is android and hdmi digital. One of the monitors must have vga and the other hdmi. BTW, vga is almost obsolete now.

Sorry, windows 10 64-bit. That doesn't work as it says that it "didn't detect another display" when I clicked on Detect under the multiple displays area, It thinks that both of the monitors are the same thing
