Optiplex 3010 DT power supply upgrade

Question

What size of Power Supply would fit into this Optiplex 3010 DT I have? I want to upgrade it, but I don't know which size of PSU would fit in there. All replies are greatly appreciated.

There are no DT upgrades.  The supply mounting is proprietary.

I found a 300w Apevia on Amazon that says it will fit. As far as I know Dell power supplies are not proprietary, just the front io headers. I’d suggest going on YouTube and looking for a video.
